Jeanette met her husband at work, many years before they officially started dating. They lost touch when he left the company, but reconnected years later through mutual friends. They’ve been together ever since! The proposal happened in 2014, at the top of Hawk Mountain. “I was not allowed to wear the ring back down the mountain because he was afraid I’d trip or something and lose it. I am known to be a bit clumsy.” Nothing wrong with a little extra precaution for the new bling!
When we met Jeanette, she was looking for a dress that made her look – and feel – like a princess. She thought she has already found her dress, but when she tried on a Sophia Tolli at our store, she knew she had found THE dress.
“It was similar to the feeling I had when I knew I had met the man I would marry some day. That ‘when you know you know’ feeling that you can only understand if it has happened to you… Wait for that feeling when looking for your perfect wedding dress!”
On the big day Jeanette looked stunning in the gold ivory fit and flare Sophia Tolli dress. Her bright blue Badgley Mischka heels brought in a pop of color.
Jeanette’s favorite part of the wedding was the huge rounds of cheers and applause after the couple was pronounced husband and wife. “I was overwhelmed with happiness and love! it was so amazing to have all of our family and friends be so excited for us!”
