Brides have been having “trash the dress” photo shoots for their wedding gowns. Typically these photo shoots are done at beaches, brides using paint bombs, brides jumping off of cliffs into the ocean, and some adventurous brides are setting their wedding gowns on fire. Brides pose in grimy locations and trash the dress photos are beginning to become more common, and brides preserving their gowns is becoming less popular.

There are so many varying opinions on this trend. Some brides feel that their wedding dress should not be “destroyed” by these photo shoots. Other brides feel like they only will be wearing the dress for one day, and why not run around in the ocean?

Will you be preserving your dress or dragging it through mud, dirt, or water?
