It’s been such a long time since we have been in our stores and reuniting with our clients and an amazing community brings us so much hope!
Creating an unforgettable, yet safe experience for our guests is our mission, and here is how we are making that happen:
1. We will be available by appointment only. This allows us to control the number of guests in our shop, which in turn helps us stay committed to prioritizing the health and safety of our brides and team.
2. We will be socially distant but emotionally connected throughout your entire visit. We will continue to provide the same level of service as we have always been known for.
3. We will provide sanitizing stations throughout the shop for our clients and guest. We require masks to be worn at all times.
4. We’re allowing two guests per bride in-shop and many more digitally, thanks to boosted wi-fi.
5. We will be extensively cleaning surfaces and fitting rooms before and after every try-on.
6. We will disinfect the entire store and backroom thoroughly every day.
7. We will ensure all staff has been trained to safely attend to our brides as we navigate through the “new normal”.
