Use the form to explore appointment options that best suit your needs and appointment availability at our boutique. If you do not see your preferred time, please give us a call to see if there may have been any cancellations or if we are able to assist you further. We do our very best to be flexible and accommodate our clients based on staffing and fitting room availability.

To continue to maintain the highest level of service during your visit we do limit the number of guests during appointments. Our clients are welcome to bring a maximum of three additional guests to join them for their scheduled bridal and formalwear appointments.

Le Bella Donna charges a booking fee during peak periods to reserve select appointments. Our fees are as follows:

I acknowledge Le Bella Donna store policies as indicated on the FAQ page. I also understand and agree that I am aware my guest count will be no more than 3 additional guests attending my appointment with me.

So that Le Bella Donna can offer me the highest level of service during my visit, I understand Le Bella Donna staff will offer options from the showroom floor during my appointment and those who are not employed by Le Bella Donna will refrain from touching and pulling the gowns.

Bridal Appointment Saturday

$50 booking fee

Our busiest day is typically Saturday. Due to the high demand for these appointment times, there is a $50 booking fee for all Saturday appointment time slots. Appointments are 1.5 hours long and we will reimburse the booking fee if you decide to make a purchase. The $50 fee will only be reimbursed at the time of your first appointment and can not be applied to future appointments.

Retry Bridal Appointment- Saturday

$50 booking fee

Please choose this option if you have already been in our store and have your favorite gowns on file. This appointment is 1 hour long and we will reimburse the booking fee if you decide to make a purchase. The $50 fee will only be reimbursed at the time of your appointment and can not be applied to future appointments.

Bridal Appointment with Gold VIP Package

$100 booking fee

Want to add to your experience? Choose our Gold VIP experience which includes one bottle of champagne, a floral arrangement and a special gift for the bride. Appointments are 1.5 hours long.

Bridal Appointment with Gold VIP Package – Saturday

$150 booking fee

Please select this option if you would like to book a Saturday appointment and add our Gold VIP package to your experience. The $50 booking fee included in this option will be reimbursed if you choose to move forward with a gown purchase during the same day of your visit only.

Bridal Appointment with Platinum VIP Package

$225 booking fee

Want to add to your experience? Choose our Platinum VIP experience which includes one bottle of champagne, a floral arrangement, a special upgraded gift for the bride and a custom denim jacket with choice of personalization. Appointments are 1.5 hours long.

Mother of the Bride / Groom Appointments

$50 booking fee

Our newly renovated private studio for our Mother’s Department provides the most private and exclusive formalwear shopping experience in the area. We only offer one appointment per time slot to provide the highest level of service in our private studio to be devoted to you. The appointment is 1.5 hours long and we will gladly reimburse your booking fee towards your purchase during the same day as your visit.
