Le Bella Donna is a boutique that carries dresses and accessories for all special occasions. We accommodate customers looking for Bridal, Plus-Size bridal, Mother of the Bride and Groom, Flower girls and other formal occasions.

Our boutique offers designer Bridal Gowns, Curvy, and Formalwear in a wide variety of styles and sizes ranging from size 6 to size 34.

There are multiple entrances at Le Bella Donna. You can access our stores from West Avenue, York Road or from the rear where there is a community metered parking lot at $.50 per hour. Wednesday evenings after 5PM parking is free.

To enter the parking area and access the rear entrance it is best to go around the block from West Avenue. Make a left on Leedom Street and the entrance to the parking lot is on your left. The entrances to Le Bella Donna on York Road or West Avenue offer the ability for those who require wheelchair assistance or need to use a stroller for small children.

First and most importantly…expect to find the dress of your dreams! We know that for some brides there can be mixed emotions about the dress shopping experience. Some of our clients arrive excited, some nervous, others doubtful. Any and all of these feelings are to be expected. Our team understands the importance of this moment and we are here to support you and provide you the best shopping experience possible.

Appointments for bridal and formalwear are about an hour and a half long, while all other appointments are one hour. During your appointment the stylist will pull from our gown selection based on our client interview. We do ask that you and your guests refrain from taking photos during your appointment. Why?

We know our products, store and study the best ways to help you have the best visual images of you in our products. We believe that focusing the time during your appointment on our product selection allows both our staff and guests to use the time to focus on what matters most…helping you find your perfect dress!

We promise our trained stylists will be able to photograph you in your favorite 3 styles and send them to you at the end of your appointment for you to review.

When preparing for your appointment, some clients find bringing appropriate shoes and undergarments (strapless bra or shapewear) helpful. If you have a Pinterest board or styles that you know you would like to explore, bringing those would assist the stylist during the gown selection process.

During your appointment your stylist will be inside the fitting room with you to assist you in trying on bridal attire. Bring whatever makes you feel best. We want you to be as comfortable as possible when navigating through the different styles you will try on throughout the duration of the appointment.

We know that shopping for your wedding dress can be such an exciting time, and are honored to be part of that special experience. However, we ask that you keep your group as intimate as possible. Why?

Shopping for a wedding gown is exciting but can also be an overwhelming experience. Making a selection of what to wear on one of the most important days of your life is a really big deal. Large groups can add stress when making such a big decision. Our goal is to help you make that decision as easy as possible.

In addition, our team works harder than you can imagine for our store to have the highest and most efficient operations. Le Bella Donna has different departments for special orders including sales, production and quality control to meet your expectations and arrange the best shopping experience for our clients. As a small team we need our specially trained staff to support these operations at 100%. Keeping our guest count low allows us to provide the highest level of service, and it ensures we are providing a safe environment for our staff and guests at all times.

Presently, we have a maximum of 3 guests plus the bride per scheduled bridal or formalwear appointment. We know this can be challenging when including all of your loved ones is so important. In order to make everyone a part of this special moment, we offer WIFI to enable guests to video chat remotely to be part of the shopping experience.

Le Bella Donna operates by appointment only to ensure each client has the best experience possible. During an appointment you have a guaranteed fitting room and a trained consultant to directly explore all the styles we have to offer. If you plan on walking in, we will do our best to accommodate you based on staff and fitting room availability but can not guarantee availability.

The price range for our wedding dresses starts around $1800 and goes up to $6000 with a few above and below that range depending on customization options and other factors. Our largest selection of wedding dresses we offer in our boutique are between $2000-$4000.

We also offer a selection of ready to wear gowns that can be purchased the same day of your visit. These start around $900, however selection is based on availability and are first come first serve.

The price range for our formalwear selection starts around $700-$2000.

 

 

To make your shopping experience like no other, our trained stylists at Le Bella Donna are educated on all styles, silhouettes and customizations. In our boutique, the consultants are the ones that select the gowns to maintain the quality of our dresses and to keep contact with gowns limited.The stylists are knowledgeable on which gowns are available within each client’s timeframe for their event date. In addition, we have our own internal organizational system which makes it easy to know what dresses to select for our brides based on the information provided by you during the pre-appointment questionnaire process. When we meet with you, your consultant will discuss details to achieve your desired look. This process is implemented because we want to narrow down the search as quickly as possible to focus on finding the right dress for you making the process as easy as possible. We request that all of our guests remain at their designated fitting room areas at all times, allowing our team to do all the work while we focus on providing you the highest level of service. After all, it’s all about you enjoying your experience while in our store.

You can also find a wide range of accessories, veils, headpieces, flower girls and jewelry for your special occasion to complement and add the finishing details to complete your look.

Not always. Le Bella Donna carries a sample of each dress so we can provide the largest selection for you to explore. Upon selecting a dress, you will place a special order in the size and color which suits your preferences. Our sample sizes range from 6-34, and most dresses can be ordered in sizes 2-34. For event dates with a shorter timeline, we offer a selection of dresses which can be purchased and taken directly from the boutique on the day of your purchase. Other styles we offer can also be reordered with ample time. Select designers do offer rush options for an additional fee for close event dates.
Order times tend to vary by designer. Approximate order times are as follows: Bridal: 6-12 months from the order date. Times may fluctuate based on factors such as production timelines, customizations, etc. Mother of Wedding: 4-8 months from time of order Flower Girl: 3 months from the time of order With all dress selections, there is a possibility of getting a dress from “hanging stock” which is when a dress is already in production at the designer. This allows us to get the dress much faster than the full order time but is dependent on the size, color and style of dress. At times, our suppliers advise us of production delays that are beyond our control. We strive within our capability to ensure special orders arrive at our store as quickly as possible. Our goal is to have orders arrive two months prior to the event date to begin the alterations process.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash for payment.

Le Bella Donna offers a payment plan for special order bridal gowns.

We are not able to return, exchange or cancel orders with any of the designers we work with. Each item ordered is produced specifically for you, therefore all sales are final, no returns, refunds or exchanges. This policy applies to any and all of the items in our store including items in our Ready To Wear section and items discounted for Sale.

Alterations are a necessary part of all Bridal and Formalwear purchases to contour the dress specifically to you. Dress alterations are a separate service that Le Bella Donna does not offer. 

We do provide a list of local recommended alterations specialists for you to choose from based on past client experiences. We find that bridal gown alterations typically require 2-4 appointments and start generally 6-8 weeks prior to the actual event date for the most accurate fit. The alterations specialist you choose will discuss their services, the scope of work required and the cost associated with their services. Le Bella Donna is not affiliated with the list of alterations specialists since they are all private contractors.

We understand that waiting for your dress can be a long exciting process as you are leading up to your special event. Since our team is always striving to provide the highest level of service to our guests we ask you to send your inquiry to myorder@lebelladonna.com for an estimated time or arrival of your special order. A team member from our Production Department will respond within 24-48 hours. 

Providing the highest level of service is our top priority. So that we can ensure you have the best experience at Le Bella Donna, clients arriving later than 15 minutes for their scheduled appointment can elect to keep the appointment for the balance of the remaining time and understand our staff is unable to extend the allotted time. Otherwise, we would need to reschedule the appointment.

Our Gold VIP experience includes one bottle of champagne, a small floral arrangement and a gift for the bride. The cost for a Gold VIP Bridal Appointment is $100. 

Our Platinum VIP experience includes one bottle of champagne, a small floral arrangement, an upgraded gift for the bride and a customized denim jean jacket with choice of personalization . The cost for a Platinum VIP Bridal Appointment is $225.
